Ohana Crew Academy is an employee training app for Ohana Boats. We use a crew member’s name, join-code account, course progress, certification results, practical signoffs, game scores, and Island Map activity to provide training, recognition, and team games.
We do not sell personal information. Training records are available to authorized Ohana Boats managers and the crew member. Account data is retained while a crew member is active and may be retained afterward for training-record and operational purposes.
The app may request notification permission so it can alert a crew member about training assignments, live games, and raids. Notifications can be turned off in device settings. The app stores a secure session token on the device to keep the user signed in.
